To start, create a deck using one complete dinosaur (9 cards) for each player,
add the Fake Bone Card and the Paleontologist Card, then shuffle well.
Place 1 less latex bone than the number of players in the center of the table.
Deal out all the cards.
NOTE : Each player will have 9 cards EXCEPT for the two players immediately after the dealer,
who will each have 10 cards (one more card to work with)
